For the past week or so, I have been receiving non-stop calls from a collector at work, harassing me and my coworkers from about 9 or 10 in the morning till 4pm, even when I'm not at work. My blood pressure has gone up, and I'm worried he might make me lose my job. My boss tried to talk to him, but he still doesn't listen and continues to call. I made a time and date to pay him, but it also didn't help; he continues to call along with his boss. He is driving me crazy, and I also have a bad heart and don't want to keep arguing with him on my job. Despite what I say and ask him to not call me at work, he still does, about 10 to 15 calls in 5 to 10 minutes. What can I do?

My fiancée cheated on me, broke up with me, and returned the engagement ring, which was damaged. She never got insurance on the ring as I advised. The diamond is chipped and cannot be repaired. I paid $8,000.03 for the ring, but the highest resale value I was offered was $2,200. Do I have grounds to sue my ex for the value or partial value of the ring?

Someone I know sent me prescription drugs via UPS. I accidentally left them at their house. She lives in Nevada and I in Utah. When I checked the tracking number, it said that a Government hold had been put on them. The pills weren't in the original bottle. The guy at UPS said there would be no problem, and she declared what they were (Lortab). So my question is how much trouble is she or me in? I didn't even know she was sending them until she told me they were on their way.

What happens when you were arrested in 1999 in a domestic abuse case but all charges were dropped due to self-defense, and the FBI record shows only the arrest? The state of arrest (New Mexico) has no records because the case never went to court. How can I move forward when DHHS and adoption agencies are not assisting, and I feel discriminated against since I have documents proving my story is true?
