Four of us are heirs-at-law for an acre of land with a big house and an apartment building with seven shops and two other floors of 28 rooms, worth almost a million dollars in Kabul. Our oldest brother holds the deed of trust from Afghanistan under our father's name. Now, three of us want to sell the property in Afghanistan, but the oldest brother said, 'Until I am alive, will not sell the property of our heritage.' I am in the USA, and one brother and one sister live in Germany. What are our options?
