Hello. Yesterday I was under the influence of Lexapro and had a severe reaction to the drug. I was unable to see, hear clearly, or move my body. I motioned to my girlfriend who was sitting next to me and told her to take me to the hospital because I was losing consciousness. Her family refused to allow her to take me to the hospital, causing me to black out and awake later in my home unaware of how I got there or what had happened. I am now suffering from severe migraines and swaying when I move. Do I have grounds for negligence under TN state law?
