We made a $3500 credit card deposit on a 5th wheel RV that we decided we don't want. The RV dealer says they have prepped the unit and if we decide we don't want it, the $3500 deposit will be kept by them to cover the prep. Is that legal?

I want to file a complaint against a person with a rehab company who has letters ATP, CRTS after their name. The complaint is serious as they put my life in danger by resetting a defective mobility chair rather than returning the vehicle. I was told by Medicare that she placed me in legal danger. The technician for the manufacturer said they knew what they were doing and the chair should have been destroyed. Is there an agency or office to handle this complaint, and what legal actions can I take?

My neighbor's tree is at risk of falling on part of my house, causing damage. I have asked them to address this issue and even offered to pay half. Is there a form I can send them to protect myself on the claim that will likely happen? I am in Florida, and my insurance documented the issue last year during Hurricane Matthew.
