I filed a 2241 habeas corpus petition in February. I am currently on parole and presumably still in custody of the Wyoming Department of Corrections. Now that I am not in physical custody, do I have to change the 2241 to a 1983 petition?

A New Hanover County Detective is contacting my family and friends to question me about something related to prescriptions. I have never altered or forged a prescription. I have visited an urgent care for severe back pain and have a family doctor and a psychiatrist for anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I don't understand what I have done wrong and there are no warrants for my arrest. What could the charge be and what should I do?
