How can I sue a business for not providing a service I paid for? I opened my own business and paid a sign store $4,000 to make a sign for my store, but they got the fonts wrong and misspelled the name of the store. I called them to fix it, and they were apologetic and said they would, but 3 months have passed and they still haven't. Should I take them to small claims court?

I work for DoorDash and they have been overpaying me for the last several months by adding my Prop 22 earnings to my bank account and crediting it on the DoorDash app, effectively doubling my Prop 22 pay. Every time I contact them, they say I can keep the money, but I'm concerned they might come after it later. I've saved screenshots of their statements. I emailed them to alert their accounting department, but nothing has changed. Will I be able to keep the money with the screenshots, or should I get legal help?
