How can we prove that the person knows their accusation is false when it's a he said/she said situation, but there are two eyewitnesses who do not corroborate the story? Our son is being falsely accused of forcing a girl to take off her clothes and holding her against her will for 20 minutes while French kissing her. The girl claims she fled the room hysterically crying, but eyewitnesses say she exited the room calmly and stayed the night at our house. The accuser has not filed a report with the police but has told nearly the entire school and town. We need to know how to clear our family's name and make sure they understand they can't lie and spread false information when there are no charges or evidence.
