I went to a CVS Pharmacy ATM on Sunday to cash $400 for my rent but the ATM only gave $100 and left out my $300. I called the ATM company, who assured me the money would be refunded automatically the next business day, but it wasn't. They are now giving me a run around and have requested my bank files a regulation form to claim my $300 back, which my bank doesn't understand. I'm now behind on my rent and don't know when I'll get my money. Is there a case for a lawsuit here?
