I am a general manager of a restaurant in Vetura County. I have been suspended due to an investigation involving myself and another party. My boss suspended me via voicemail, yet allowed the other individual under investigation to continue working. The suspension has lasted one week. I feel they are looking for any reason to let me go. On top of this, several employees have not been paid, and I haven't received my agreed salary in two months. What legal rights do I have? Do I have a case? What should I do?

We are the appealing party in a case where the judgment against the main defendant was reversed, and those who had little to do with the case were left holding the bag.
