I am trying to expunge my Utah criminal record because I am applying for jobs in California. I have two class B misdemeanors and a few other convictions, which I believe are class C. All of them are over five years since conviction and I have paid all my fines, etc. I called Utah's Background Criminal Investigation offices today and they told me that I cannot get any of my record expunged because I have more than two convictions. However, I have found in several places, including Utah Courts Government page that the stipulations on the requirements for expungement are more than three convictions of either Class A or B misdemeanors not resulting from a single arrest. My question is if I am able, in fact, to expunge my record?

My mom asked me if I would take care of my brother and let him go to school with my kids. However, I don't know if I can put him in my school district without having temporary or joint custody.
