How does a restraining order violation affect me if I'm applying for my citizenship, given that I was involved in a situation where a restraining order was placed against me when I was 18, I violated it, spent a night in jail, and later had a child with the person involved, who is now my wife?

I engaged a Credit Repair Company in February and paid an upfront fee, which is a violation of the Credit Repair Organization Act. The company and I agreed to a settlement amount, and I would sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to prevent further action. The company refunded my money, but their deceptive practices caused a delay in refinancing my house. Now, they claim I am extorting the settlement amount and have violated criminal statutes. My attorney is unwilling to pursue further action, and I presented advice from you as if it was from my own legal counsel. What should I do to protect my rights and possibly secure the settlement amount?

How do I get a judge to rule on a case where the Appeals judge, Crane McClennen, had the case for about a year and his final decision was a non-decision, stating 'I will not substitute my opinion for the board of nursing'? I put in a Motion to Rule on the final order, which was ignored. The commission overseeing judges says they do not get involved in decisions, only conduct. This judge ruled 'NO' on oral arguments. Since he did not rule on the 'JURISDICTION of the board of Nursing,' can that be used in the Div 1 appeal case? The complaint to the Board of Nursing (BON) was false and put in by an attorney, Larry Succi, from Yuma, AZ, who had no firsthand knowledge. The HR, Teri Norris, and Anne Totsch lied in court. The AZ Bar states it was 'legal' for him to put in 4 false complaints but will not answer on ethical grounds. The 'so-called witnesses' had criminal records, lied about being DEA agents, and had no evidence to support their lies. Another witness, Jonathan ***** *****, lied and was best friends with the attorney. The Board of Nursing in AZ should have known better, but a board member, Leslie Dalton, also voted against me and did not recuse herself. How can I proceed with this case?
