Victor Brown had a stroke and received medical care there. When asked to help pay his medical bills, Franklin Carreno asked to be paid $500,000.00, later negotiating to $250,000.00. On the day he was supposed to pay the medical bill, he called the base and disclosed the parcel he believed was of monetary value.

I was not legally served. They left the legal papers on my porch. They filed paperwork stating they handed it to me and verified it was me, but the description they used for me is incorrect. I am 5'0" white/Asian, 140 lbs with brown hair, not white, 5'4"-5'6", 145-160 lbs with black hair. The debt collector is LVNV FUNDING INC, law offices of Harris and Zide. The last payment I made on the account was 1/17/2019. Can I file a motion due to improper service, and has the statute of limitations run out?
