I live in Ohio, Franklin County. I filed a suit against the county jail because they took my Hijab (religious head scarf) for ten days. On the tenth day, when I went to court, it was unisex, and I was paraded in front of men without my hijab who were there for court from the male population (about 35 men). Can I sue in federal court under every civil/federal rights law I can find, or is there a prerequisite I have to meet first, like filing with the civil rights commission first?

I brought a horse to a boarding facility for an outside trainer to come in and train. The initial contract was made on one horse and was month-to-month. After the first horse was removed, a new horse was boarded for the next 30 days without a new contract. The boarding owner believes her month-to-month contract covers all future horses coming through by me. Is a new contract required for the current horse, and am I entitled to a refund for the prorated amount from the three days the new horse was there due to the board owner's neglect in reporting injuries?

I was trespassed from a Dollar General in Oklahoma. An hour later, a police officer came to my door to warn me not to return. I left the store without any incident after being told I was trespassing. I'm wondering if the law had any business coming to my door over this situation and if staying away from Dollar General will resolve the issue.
