Amber A. asked
How should I file for Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) for my husband who is currently working full-time but struggling with early onset vascular dementia, and how does the onset date of disability work if he plans to stop working in a few weeks?

I just found out that someone was served papers for a case on October 17th, but they cannot tell me who signed for them, and it wasn’t me. What happens now, and does a Texas temporary injunction called a general order supersede custodial papers?

I have a student loan from a closed school that promised high wages after graduation, which turned out to be false. The fees have doubled the loan amount, and the company handling payments (Navient Solutions) is under investigation with multiple lawsuits. I want to know if there's a way to waive these fees and get loan forgiveness. Additionally, I haven't lived in the US for over 10 years and am concerned about being sued or facing legal issues if I return for a visit.

Am I liable to pay for what they have done? The work is so bad that I don't even want them to finish even though they said they would fix all the problems. So far they haven't kept their word about anything.
