I am 60 days past due on a loan and experiencing lender harassment. They call multiple times a day, show up at my home 1-2 times a week, and have contacted my work and my grandmother despite being asked to stop. They have also threatened a lawsuit and claimed I owe court costs, even though I have not been notified of any court proceedings. What are my rights and what actions can I take legally?
