I am looking for a lawyer to assist me in filing a discrimination lawsuit against CVS. The situation involves a CVS store manager informing my parent's company, which provides delivery services to CVS, that they would be let go with only two days' notice. This is not the normal protocol for vendor termination according to CVS customer relations, which typically involves an email followed by a phone call from someone other than a district manager. Additionally, I believe we were racially targeted and subjected to harassment by the CVS manager and her associate. I need legal advice and potentially representation for a discrimination and possibly fraud case.

I have filed a whistleblower complaint with OSHA and am considering severance negotiation. Can these issues be grounds for job retaliation, and how might they affect my chances of reinstatement and severance negotiation?

The JP court has placed the hearing on hold until ownership is proven, and we need to file paperwork ourselves due to financial constraints.

I bought a truck from Facebook Marketplace that was advertised as 'ready to work,' but it malfunctioned and caused a serious accident in Pennsylvania. The seller sold the truck AS-IS and has not taken responsibility for the misrepresentation. What legal actions can I take, and where should I file a lawsuit?
