I need a demand letter for personal property. I was locked out of my residence in California due to a volatile situation involving violent individuals. The police were present but advised us to leave for safety. We have been unable to retrieve our belongings, and the landlord claims we have nothing there. I have been in a hotel for a week with my two children and need a heart transplant. We were never evicted nor did we move out. All of our possessions are gone.
