The suit required objections to be filed within 2 business days of the property return, but the plaintiff filed an objection on business day 6. We bought a trailer from a friend who has passed away, and the family does not want to do any title work with us. The brother is willing to help in November, but the sister says it's up to the brother, and we need both signatures. We are in Florida and have a notarized bill of sale with the brother's signature. What steps can we take to get the title for the trailer?

Additionally, could Florida Medicaid potentially force the modification of the alimony order or consider legal fees for such modification as a valid spend-down expense?

My employer demanded I give him my PC login credentials, which I believe is a HIPAA violation for our small medical practice. I am vulnerable to malicious behavior traced back to my credentials. He became angry when I explained the risks. I have already submitted my resignation, and my last day is 9/15. Should I refuse to login using unsecured credentials, and how should I handle this situation?
