I am a musician who released an album through AWAL last summer. My group decided to rebrand and re-release the album under a new band name. I requested the album's takedown from all online stores on December 21st, and received confirmation on January 2nd that the request was processed. Over a month has passed, and the album is still available for purchase. AWAL claims the release has been taken down, but I have evidence proving otherwise. They have stopped responding to my emails, and I need the album taken down immediately to proceed with our rebranding and re-release strategy.
