We are leasing an estate for running a wedding venue. The owner is not fulfilling his lease obligations, including maintaining the grounds and preventing hunting interference with business operations. Additionally, there have been issues with faulty heating and air equipment and an unfulfilled promise to install an invisible fence. I have a dog in my rental that is bigger than the allowed size. We were asked to remove her but noticed other tenants with similar sized dogs. She isn't a problem animal and we have been able to keep her under the radar. We have now been told again we can't have her but don't want to get rid of her. Our lease is not up until May.
