I am a sovereign/makaainana of the Hawaiian Kingdom 'Ko Hawaii Pae Aina' and have stood in Circuit Court with all evidences that were unanswered by the Prosecutor. I am now headed to Court knowing there is no plaintiff as the plaintiff is the State of Hawaii. How do I present my case since there is no accuser, and how do I address the jurisdiction issue given that the Circuit Court Judge is wearing two hats: as a Circuit Court Judge and as the Secretary/Treasurer of the Royal Order of Kamehameha, who has denied a well-proven jurisdictional stance?
