I am about to be arrested for a crime I did not commit, specifically Adult Abuse, which is being used as a scapegoat for bank fraud and real estate swindle committed by a high-ranking Eastern Star member who is also a 20-year employee of the Seattle Police Department and a Dr. Rev. The police investigating these crimes are Freemasons and Shriners. I am not a member of any secret society and believe I am being framed. What should I do?

I have applied for Section 42 senior housing, which I understand is based on total income. However, the facility I am interested in also requires my assets from a money market and checking account to be under a certain amount. Is this legal?
