I built a backyard roller coaster. I am not a licensed contractor. I have been mentored by an actual roller coaster designer and carpenter, and the work is very professional. I would like to help people who want a backyard coaster to build one. I would not charge for my service or time, as it would be enjoyable and help me prepare for a job offer to work on large professional coasters in early 2019. The only expenses would be for the materials. I am concerned about liability. Could I create an LLC or something similar to protect myself, or draw up paperwork?
