I am involved in a legal dispute with a builder who sued me for the remainder of the contract after they failed to complete my home, which has numerous defects and water damage. The court has allowed two of my attorneys to resign, and I have been unable to find new counsel due to the short notice given by the judge. The trial date is approaching, and I have not received necessary discovery materials from the plaintiff's attorney. Additionally, the plaintiff's attorney has filed a motion to compel entry to my home for inspection, which I am concerned about due to the short notice and potential disruption to my trial preparation. What are my options to address these issues, including the motion to compel entry and the lack of discovery materials?

How long after being notified of a property lien from Medicaid in Tennessee, Grainger County, does the state have before taking possession of the property? The owner passed away on 10/20/2018, and the letter of lien states that my mother will owe $60,000 for a property not worth $30,000 to $35,000. What are my responsibilities as the executor of the will, and does the state also want personal property?

When I was 17, I went to the hospital for a sprained back in June 2017. Later that year, my parents passed away. In February 2018, I received a credit notice for an $868 debt from Paragon Emergency Services. I never thought much of it because I thought credit was not needed for minors. Now, at 19, I'm trying to improve my credit but have this debt collection issue. Since I was underage when the debt occurred, am I still responsible for it, and if not, what can I do to resolve it?
