I am being threatened about a payday loan I know nothing about. My wages are being threatened to be garnished for a $250 debt which has escalated to $1,000. I have asked for proof but have been denied. Can PDR Collections garnish my wages, and if so, how can I stop this from happening?

I filed a Chapter 13 bankruptcy in December and missed a rescheduled 341 meeting due to my lawyer's advice, resulting in my case being dismissed. The bank now wants to repossess my vehicles before my reinstatement hearing. My lawyer suggested hiding the vehicles, which I find uncomfortable and possibly illegal. What legal recourse do I have to delay the repossession until after the reinstatement hearing?
