I am employed at a Kuwait International School. They do not pay indemnities at the end of contracts. Instead, they make employees wait until they will sign no more contracts to be paid the indemnity. For example, my first contract was 2 years. I have accepted 3 more contracts with the school. I signed a contract for year 6. Now I want my indemnity for the first 5 years. The director told me the business office refuses. Is this legal?
