I am filing a complaint against a therapist who provided a report to the court without my consent and disclosure. Should I argue that he never received my consent, provide a copy of his confidentiality agreement stating he will not participate in court proceedings, and note that he lied on the report? Additionally, should I argue that he had no circumstances fitting the criteria to provide a report to the opposing party?
