I am finalizing a divorce in Virginia, Fairfax County. I want the attorney's fees and costs wording to apply across the entire divorce process, including after the Agreement is signed, up to the finalization of the divorce. Last month, the police raided our home due to my husband's drug-selling activities in the basement. I had no knowledge of this.
