I am in a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy and received a motion to dismiss the case for material default due to an additional $7,000 in back taxes that resurfaced. The original plan was for $29,000 over 36 months, but now I am concerned about the case being dismissed. What can I do to amend the plan to include the new taxes without extending the plan beyond the 5-year limit, and will the court allow this amendment?
