I am in a dispute with an online marketing company. I paid $12K to be an affiliate with lessons provided by a mentor, but had a panic attack on day 2 and decided to cancel within the 3-day cancellation period. I tried to communicate my cancellation through various channels, but the company refused my request. They later proposed a deal where they would provide monthly payments to offset my credit card expenses if I continued with the program. I accepted, but they have not delivered on this promise. Can I stop taking these lessons without fear that they will ruin my credit rating, and what actions can I take to resolve this dispute?
