My attorney is not prepared for my family law case involving fraud charges and hidden funds. If I hire a new attorney, do they have to resend subpoenas and run them by opposing counsel, or can they just move forward? Additionally, if the petition does not mention specific fraud accounts and the judge does not have enough information to rule, can I re-petition the fraud after a new attorney gathers more information?
