I am in Indiana and planning to webcam with my Colombian girlfriend. While setting up an account, I interacted with performers, including tipping and engaging in private shows. I am now concerned that my actions, particularly those involving performers who may not have been who they claimed to be, could lead to legal trouble. What should I be aware of and what steps should I take to ensure I am not breaking any laws?

In January 2011, four people, LB, YP, AP, and AM, verbally agreed to go into partnership on the purchase of a property in Mexico. AP initially agreed to be bought out if she didn't like the deal, with LB repaying her over the next year with interest. After seeing the property, AP wanted out and LB gave her a personal check for $2,000. AP later changed her mind and wanted to stay in the deal, but LB no longer wanted her as a partner. AP then offered to be bought out for $28,000, which LB did not reply to. AP claimed she was back in the deal due to LB's non-reply and threatened relational blackmail. LB has no written contract with AP or AM, but has a legal contract with YP and plans to make AM a contractual partner. How can LB force/coerce/convince AP not to be partners and to accept the $2,000 check and the remaining $15,000 + interest as originally agreed?

My father died in 2005 without a will and had 2 properties, one in Philadelphia and one in Puerto Rico. He had 4 daughters by 4 different women, each living in different locations. What do I need to do to see if my father's properties have been probated, how long it will take, and ensure that all daughters are equally included in the inheritance? If nothing has been done, what steps should I take to prevent any sister from unfairly handling the estate?
