I am in Nebraska and have owned my house for 15 years. I am being evicted for unpaid property taxes. I went to eviction court on November 9 and requested more time due to the Covid-19 eviction moratorium until the end of December. I am on social security and cannot afford a local lawyer. I heard that we are now under common law and there will not be any more property taxes. What can I do to resolve this situation?

I received a letter from my retirement company, Empower Retirement, stating I was accidentally listed as 'Separated from Employment,' leading to an approved $6000 loan. Now, they require me to repay the loan within 30 days and will send a 1099 form for the disbursement. I am in Arizona and unsure who to contact. What should I do?

My landlord has threatened me and my husband, hit my husband once, and called me names. My husband was working for the landlord until he quit yesterday. What legal steps can I take against the landlord, especially if he works for the police and pays people off?
