I am in Washington State, in the Tacoma area. I am interested in potentially suing a special needs Children's Academy called Carpe Diem, which works with autistic children. They mistreated my family severely, and I feel their actions were completely unlawful. The facility penalized my daughter's therapy based on misinformation and miscommunication from her 'therapist', who wasn't genuinely a licensed therapist. They used this against us, continued to take money from my daughter's insurance for three months without providing any therapy, and completely ghosted us. What steps should I take to address this situation, and could you recommend an office in my area that could handle this case?

Good morning, my brother just recently passed and I have some family members who were dear to my brother to attend the funeral. They are currently residing in Haiti and the Dominican Republic. They have valid passports and necessary travel documents. We also applied for Humanitarian parole for them from Haiti and they have been waiting for over a month now. Is there anything else the Lawyer should know before I connect you?

Someone lent me $15000 and he wants it paid in full right away. There were no agreements before, nothing signed. I have been paying the loan, so far I paid $5500 on $500 every month. He asked me to get a loan in a credit union, but I disagree because the interest fee there (15.50%) is too high for me. So he said he wants to sue me through Small Claims Court. My question is, how are my chances to win the case? I still going to pay $500. And I will not pay any interest (he wants to apply interest on the rest of the money I haven’t paid.)
