I am looking for an attorney who specializes in HIPAA compliance issues. My stepchildren's mother accessed my MDLive account without authorization, viewing my personal health information (PHI). I believe there is a compliance issue with MDLive for failing to confirm her identity before allowing access. I need to know if I have a case against MDLive and if I can file a case against her for obtaining this information without my consent.

I am a senior pastor of a church and have been facing legal and financial issues due to fraudulent claims made by a person who became close with my wife and served as the church accountant. This person sued me for $400,000, leading to a lien on my two houses and subsequent foreclosure. Additionally, my household items and work tools were taken by the bank without my knowledge. I have all the necessary documents to prove the claims are baseless and would like to seek legal assistance to address these issues.

I was accused by a former Board of Directors (BOD) member's son of drawing a swastika outside their condo door, which is a lie. I want to challenge them to a lie detector test to clear my name. What is the estimated cost of this test, and what are the estimated attorney costs for advice on such a request? Additionally, as an owner, can I demand full disclosure of any legal filings against this family?

I recently discovered that I was charged with a misdemeanor for public intoxication in Ohio on May 13, despite living in Dallas, Texas, and not receiving any prior notice. What should I do to address this situation, especially since I am an RN and this could affect my professional career?

I serve as Director and Trustee for a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that owns a piece of property. What does our board need to do if and when we sell the property and would want to use the funds as a kind of ‘pension’ for me when I turn 65? I am 58 now and would like to obtain advice as to whether this would be permissible.
