I am looking to have a Lawyer review a document and potentially make some changes if needed. The document is an equipment rental template for a tow behind dump trailer, and I need a rental agreement that is legally binding if a friend or a friend of a friend wants to rent my trailer. I am located in Idaho, and I have already used Law Depot for the template.

I am looking to purchase a miniature doxie from a breeder named Nick Patrick in Flagstaff, AZ. He wants us to send $400 before picking up the puppy on Friday. We are concerned because we couldn't find his business online and he doesn't have a breeder number. We offered to pay in cash when we pick up the puppy, but he insists on an upfront payment. Should we be concerned about this transaction?
