I am on disability/social security. I owned a business that I had to close when I became ill and had to stop working. This was two years ago. I received a summons to go to court over a credit card I had for this business. This is the only bill that wasn't paid from the business. My disability check is directly deposited into the bank. Can the credit card company seize (garnishee etc.) this account?
