The neighbor's insurance company has been stalling and not providing a resolution. Can I still file a claim within this time period, and who should I name as the defendant in the form?

I attended a 2-day real estate seminar where I was assured seed money for further education and investing, but it was not provided. I also found myself registered to two websites without my consent, and my paperwork states I would be liable for full payment if materials from these sites are used. The contract includes a dispute resolution program with binding arbitration. What can I do to get my money back or resolve this issue?

I mailed a tax payment for Massachusetts meals tax and state withholding that was due on 1/20/2016. It is postmarked on or before 1/20/16. Is that payment considered paid on time or is it the date the agent processes it?

I have lived with a man for 13 years and never married. He passed away last December. What do I need to do to prove common law marriage? I was not mentioned in his will but received two small retirement accounts. He was a judge for several years and an assistant district attorney. His brother is a district attorney and nephew an assistant district attorney.
