I'm in a dispute with my independent living facility over costly rent for services not rendered. The facility is run down and below standards for elderly care, with inedible meals, lack of housekeeping, poorly maintained laundry rooms, roaches in apartments, and no mask enforcement. I have collected examples of neglect, but no authority has contacted me to negotiate a reasonable rent. I was served with small claims court papers today. My kids' trampoline blew over our fence last month when wind speeds hit over 40 MPH, hitting the neighbor's well house and putting a dent in the top of the frame. The neighbor wants me to be responsible for the damages and has a hand-written receipt for $200 from his neighbor for fixing the dent. Our son, Alex Freeman, needs help with a vehicle title transfer from the New York Dept. of Motor Vehicles. In October 2020, Alex was in a collision in Albany, NY, where his vehicle was totaled, and he was advised by the other driver's insurance company to expect a $6000 payment. To receive this payment, Alex needs to provide the car's title to the insurance company. We've been waiting for this document from the DMV for four months, have called repeatedly, but have not received any response. How can we move this situation forward?

I was pulled over for no registration and arrested for no driver's license and possession of a controlled substance. However, there is a waiver by the governor stating that registration or title transfer is not required until April due to COVID-19. Can I get the case thrown out for an unlawful stop since they had no reason to stop and search me other than my registration?
