I am representing myself in an arbitration and need access to legal documents, specifically motions, to provide to the Arbitrator. The Arbitrator requested that I write a motion regarding opposing counsel asking him to strike my last charges. I am not an attorney and have not received a response from the opposing party. What should I do to obtain these documents and proceed with the arbitration?

What would make a contract enforceable? Are there specific points? I signed a contract with my siblings and want to know if it's going to stand in court. I agreed to give half of my share of my parents' life insurance to my ex, and would like to figure out if I absolutely have to follow through or what legal consequences I will face. My father willed that my ex get half of my share of the trust, but this money was not part of the trust; it was life insurance. He would not have willed her half of my share if he knew how deceitful she has been. I signed an agreement that the ex would get half of my share. What happens if I refuse? I know if my father knew the truth about her, he wouldn't want her to get a penny.
