I am seeking better insight into the legal aspects of my case for sole medical custody. My ex-partner has refused to carry an EpiPen, failed to seek care for fractures, denied symptoms (allergies, cold, pain), punished kids for not notifying of doctor appointments, and refuses to pay for medical expenses. Joint custody is impossible due to his unreasonable and irrational behavior. He has also tried to accuse me of Munchhausen, which didn't hold due to doctor's letters stating I provided appropriate care. The social worker recommended a special master and co-parent counseling, and we are required to use Family Wizard. I believe he has neglectful behaviors but not negligent, as the only harm has been delayed treatment. What legal approach should I take to solidify a solution that eliminates his ability to interfere, bully, and make providing basic care difficult?

I have filed a motion for summary judgment in the State of Arizona Superior Court. How many days does the Plaintiff have to answer this complaint and does this stop the count towards discovery which has not started yet? Can the judge fail to consider the Motion of Summary Judgment if my format, etc., was correct?

I was targeted by the liquor control board in PA with endless entrapment until I was caught serving underage customers, leading to the loss of my bar, restaurant, and pizzeria. I am now heading for bankruptcy. The reasons I see behind this are that I am originally from South America and my business catered to the Spanish community. The board did not give me a reason for denying my license renewal. Is there anything I can do to have this case reviewed by a higher court?

I am planning to fight a speeding violation (by camera) myself without legal representation. I waived paying the fine and requested a hearing, which was scheduled over 90 days after the alleged violation. Would this time period be enough to have the case thrown out, as I have read in another article? I live in [location not specified] and was 'caught' in Toledo, Ohio.

I was caught by the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency) due to improper practices in my pharmacy, resulting in a civil case with a fine of almost 1 million dollars. I have about $600,000 in my retirement pension account. Would it be safe from the DEA's levy?
