I am suing a company for a large sum and have discovered they are for sale with an impending offer. How can I protect my interests, which are worth about 1.5 million, by either having the amount I am suing for put in escrow, filing an injunction to stop the sale, or securing a bond to ensure I can collect if I win the lawsuit?

As a cotrustee with a bank for my irrevocable trust, if I want to transfer the trust and all its securities in kind to another place, would it be a common practice for the bank to charge either a surrender fee or a fee per security, such as a $25.00 fee per security, to do the transfer?

Our group wants to start a new club offering dog sports like Nose Work/Scent Work trials to the community. We are unsure of where to start and need guidance on forming a nonprofit or LLC, creating bylaws, and other necessary steps. We are based in Alaska.

I need a lawyer for victims of violent crimes civil rights violations in Arizona. I am seeking a large law firm capable of handling the Phoenix Police Department, the Phoenix District Attorney's Office, and the Department of Public Safety. I have a five-inch binder full of evidence, have reached out to each office and the Attorney General, and have at least five separate emails denying me the rights to file a civil rights claim. There is a conflict of interest due to a big hate crime trial where the star witness is the man who held me captive, strangled, and repeatedly raped me on 1/29/18 in Phoenix. What steps should I take to find a suitable lawyer?
