I am the beneficiary of a lifetime living estate. My neighbor is claiming damages to her 2019 grape crop, alleging I've tampered with her diversion ditch. I have done no such thing. The ditch tailings from unused appropriations flow into a natural creek on my property. I feel if her employees want access to my property, they need an appropriate agreement with fish and game. They claim since their ditch runs into the creek, it becomes a ditch on my property. I'd like to know what she can do to the estate if anything.

The summons and complaint were served in December 2016, and the Default Judgment was not discovered until June 2019 when wage garnishment began.
