I am trying to respond to Plaintiff's First set of Interrogatories in the state of Texas. I have filed an Answer with the court and received back from the Plaintiff's attorney: 1. Plaintiff's Second Amended Original Petition, 2. Plaintiff's first request for Admissions, 3. Plaintiff's First set of Interrogatories, and 4. Plaintiff's First Request for production. I have 30 days to respond. What steps should I take to properly respond to these legal documents, and do I need to notarize my responses?

I have an ex-client who has been posting false and damaging statements about me on Facebook for the past five months. These statements include accusations of laziness, hatefulness, judgmental behavior, stalking, and anger, which are all untrue. I have not responded to him or mentioned him to anyone else. I am wondering if I have any legal options to address this situation.

I have a more than 10 years old legal case that is published on a website. One of the lawyers stated that I can have a Court order to have the case sealed. Please recommend 2-3 legal services that can have the Court place an order to have the case sealed.

I have a question about valid signing procedures for a prenuptial agreement in Maryland. I used an online legal service to draft an agreement. I created a document for a standard prenuptial agreement, and in the section where myself and my fiance sign, there are two sections: one for witnesses to indicate we signed the document and another section where a notary public signs to indicate that we are indeed the parties listed in the agreement. I'm wondering if it is required that witnesses accompany us to the notary public, and we all sign together or if witnesses may witness us signing the document separately from a notary public for the document to be valid and binding.

Is there a 3-day rescission period in South Carolina for a verbal agreement regarding a privacy fence installation, and can I be charged for labor costs if the fence was never erected or materials were never purchased?

Can someone provide current citations for a complaint and an emergency injunction to get my car back from being repossessed by a private fintech company for bad practices against consumers, including ADA accommodations? The situation involves non-payment due to accessibility issues with the lender's website, lack of transparency in charges, and failure to follow California due process for notice of intent.
