I authorized a campaign with BMIworld.com to triple my money in 6 months with 50,000 targeted leads. I gave my credit card to Bob Scott over the phone and received an invoice to sign. I found out later that the company's offerings were not as described, and I attempted to cancel within 3 days by faxing a cancellation note to Bob Scott. He claims he did not receive the fax and refuses to refund my money, stating the campaign was already in effect. Is what he's doing legal, and what can I do to get my money back?
