I voluntarily gave back my car in October 2020, and they came to pick it up. I never heard from them until two days ago when they contacted me to set up a payment plan for the remaining amount. Is this legal, and can they wait almost a year to contact me? I am located in Minnesota, and I never received any paperwork from them after they repossessed the car.
