I bought a 2009 Cadillac CTS in January 2019. The car has been unable to pass emissions tests, preventing me from obtaining my first GA tag. I wrote a demand letter to the dealership owner 14 days ago but haven't heard back. I plan to take the owner to small claims court in his county. However, I heard from an attorney that I can't sue under the Lemon Law but could sue for Fraudulent Conveyance to void the contract. The car was sold with a warranty, but it only covers one coil for $200, and I would have to pay $1,995 for the remaining repairs. The check engine light was on when I bought the car, and I informed the dealership/owner a week later. Can I sue to void the contract for Fraudulent Conveyance?

I'm 15 and moved out of my parents' house due to unhappiness and discomfort. I'm currently living with my grandmother, but I don't like it here because I was raped in a house two doors down. I want to move into a friend's house, but they won't let me. Is there anything I can do?

We leased a new residence in Florida, but discovered a severe German roach infestation that the landlord misrepresented as a minor issue. We never moved in, and the landlord kept two months' rent and one month's deposit. What legal actions can we take to recover our money and address the landlord's misrepresentation?

What kind of actions can be taken against me for turning on city water at a house we're working on, given that I did not use any water and it was winterized with the meter previously disconnected?

I received a promotion from the factory floor to an office position, which paid $1.50 more per hour. After about a month, I was told to go back to the factory floor. Now that I am back on the factory floor, do they have to put me back at $12.50 per hour?
