My husband is a prisoner in Indiana. He has given his life over to the Lord and achieved his Associates in Ministry. He was in lockdown by choice and when he started sharing his belief with both inmates and prisoners, they started punishing him. He's now been thrown back into population with murderers etc. He wasn't given a mat for 12 hours. They ruined his belongings and he's had one tray of food in four days and was told they could bring him food until IA approved it. What can we do?

I am unsure of what I should do during this time and if it is wise to have an attorney present during mediation with HR and the accused.
