I bought a Samsung Galaxy Note tablet and in order to use location services or backup my data, I must have a Google account, which means they can data mine my data. Samsung has confirmed I must use Google to use those functions on my tablet. Why must I be forced to allow Google to track my locations and mine my personal information so I can use my tablet's full capabilities? Can I sue?

In a divorce case, I was awarded a building last year by court order, but its value was never decided. Now, I want to sell the property, but the plaintiff refuses to sign the closing since a value has not been awarded. Since this was awarded to me, do the proceeds from the sale belong solely to me, or should they be split with the plaintiff?

My husband, Teddy W. Russell, who has Alzheimer's disease, misplaced his identification card. He does not have a driver's license, and the paperwork for his ID was completed at least two years ago. The message he received regarding his ID stated that if he loses the first one, he would need to pay for a new one. What should we do to obtain a new ID, and is there any additional legal action we should consider?
