I bought into a wholesale travel agency for $8000.00 recently. Since then, I have tried to use their services but have not been able to find a deal. I have also spent the last two weeks trying to get their team to help me find a hotel room. No one has helped me in this matter. I only got a response from a team member after I threatened a complaint to the BBB and to call a lawyer. I have called several times, sent several emails, and requested a refund of my money since I have used no services. I would like to know if I should try to pursue getting my money back?

I received an email from a law firm representing a client, stating that the items my kids sold during Christmas were counterfeit. We bought these items from Hong Kong and were unaware they were counterfeit or a brand copy. We made less than $400 in profit, but the firm wants a significant amount of money for damages and the addresses of the people who bought the items. Why do they want the addresses, and should we provide them? Could this cause future problems for us if we ignore or don't respond?
